Educational Leadership Summit

We are delighted to invite you to the 2026 AEE Educational Leadership Summit, an annual gathering that continues to grow as a cornerstone event for Christian schools across Africa. This is more than a conference; it is a time set apart for connection, renewal, and shared purpose as we seek God’s direction for our schools and ministries.

Each year, this summit brings together principals, pastors, administrators, and leaders who carry a calling to shape lives through Christ-centred education. Together, we step away from the demands of daily leadership to enjoy impactful fellowship, encouragement, and Spirit-led insight as we strengthen our foundation into the future.

As we prepare for the 2026 event, we are especially expectant that the summit is going to be truly blessed. The scripture that has been laid on our hearts is:

“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” –  Isaiah 43:19 KJV

We believe this is not just a theme, but a prophetic invitation. God is stirring something new within our hearts, our schools, our communities, and our continent. This summit will be a space to discern, align, and step forward in faith together.

Additionally, there is so much to celebrate this year. Leaders will gather from across Africa, representing a growing and vibrant community of Christian educators.  We will also honour schools reaching remarkable milestones such as 10, 20, 30, and even 40 years of faithful partnership and impact. These moments remind us that we are part of something far greater than ourselves.

The planning of the programme is well under way and promises to be rich and relevant, with specialist speakers addressing key challenges and opportunities facing our schools today. Every session is being designed to unlock inspiration and strengthen us for the journey ahead.
